“And they sang a new song, saying,

‘Worthy are You to take the book and to break its seals; for You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation.'”

 Revelation 5:9

Why is Jesus worthy of all the praise and glory we give Him? What makes HIM distinct from all other men who have walked the earth? He alone is God. He was slain and raised. With HIS blood He purchased us to be a kingdom and priests to our God; to reign on the earth. Let us join the “myriads of myriads, and thousands of thousands,” whom John heard saying with a loud voice, ‘Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing.'” Revelation 5:12

Lord Jesus, You are WORTHY! I give You all the praise and glory!
