Debbie’s passion for Christ is evident whether you attend a conference where she’s keynoting, read her books, or listen to her UpLIFT Minute on KSLR Radio. Her energy and insightful application of the Scripture combined with her joy of the Lord are contagious. Added to that are her practical tools, like her Prayers of My Heart prayer journal, endorsed and used by Beth Moore, her “Good to Know” Instagram posts, daily 365 Days of Praise blog, and Kidz Time Videos for little ones.

Debbie’s relevant, joy filled messages are packed with practical take-aways for audiences of all ages, backgrounds and denominations. She’s an authentic servant of Christ who encourages, inspires, and equips others to live out their faith with passion, purpose and prayer.

Debbie’s desire to help others know God’s life-changing power led her to author 7 books, numerous Bible studies, including her latest online study, “End Times,” and keynote at conferences throughout the United States. Her P.R.A.Y. with Passion Across the Nation Conference, held in 47 states, is equipping Christians to pray more purposefully and live more passionately for Christ. Debbie’s spiritual investment in others was acknowledged by her community when she was recognized as the 2000 Woman of the Year in Kerrville, Texas.

Before establishing Hill Country Ministries in 1999, Debbie served as the Teaching Leader for Bible Study Fellowship, where she led a class of 450 women. She later co-founded and taught Women’s Bible Study at her church involving more than 300 multi-denominational women.

In addition to Debbie being an author and national keynote speaker and Bible teacher, she is a an op-ed contributor to The Christian Post, a charter member of Bible Gateway’s Blogger Grid, BG2, is a 10 year religion columnist for the Kerrville Daily Times newspaper, and a monthly blog contributor for MomLife Today and A Wife Like Me.  She’s been featured in P31 and other magazines. Her popular “365 Days of Praise” blog post reaches thousands each day.  She also served as a part of the Mom Team for The M.O.M. Initiative, served as a guest panelist at the Women’s Leadership Conference in Ft. Worth, Texas, and has taught in the faith dorm for Lockhart Prison God of Hope Ministries; where her book “Pray with Purpose, Live with Passion,” is used for the prayer curriculum.

Debbie is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BS in Human Development and Family Studies.

Debbie and her college sweetheart, Keith, who she married in 1975, have two married children and five grandchildren who are being raised to love and follow Christ.

When Debbie isn’t writing or speaking, you’ll find her enjoying time with her hubby, family, and friends –  cooking, hiking, golfing, fishing, traveling.

Hill Country Ministries was founded by Debbie Taylor Williams in 1999 as a way to spread the word and love of God. Any donation made to Debbie Taylor Williams will go to Hill Country Ministries; in turn giving Debbie and her team the ability to reach more people and encourage audiences to live out their faith as women of passion, purpose and prayer.
