BRIDEGROOM

“Behold, the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.”

 Matthew 25:6

Each of the gospels have references to Jesus as the Bridegroom of the church. Righteous jealousy over our chasteness, nourishing and cherishing us, wooing us to be faithful, and sacrificing to save us is but the tip of our Lord’s love. One day our Bridegroom will return. May He find us a pure, spotless bride.

Lord Jesus, thank You for loving me and sacrifing Your life to save me so that I would be cleansed, a pure spotless bride. I praise You, my BRIDEGROOM!

Prayer Request:  TODAY I’m speaking in the Lockhart, TX prison from 9-11:30 a.m. Please pray that God’s Spirit will be undeniable present; that the unsaved will come to know Christ as Savior, and the saved will be encouraged. Thank you.

  1. Praying for your request today as I use my new prayer journal. I LOVE it!!

  2. Debbie, you are on our prayer chain at First United Methodist Church for your speech at the Lockhart prison. I am praying for salvation for the unsaved and encouragement for all who hear your message. I used to go there with the Kairos Prison Ministry.
