DEFENDER

Have you ever thought of the Lord as DEFENDER? God is DEFENDER of that which is His and those whom are His.

My favorite post was Alpha and Omega – I am the Alpha and the Omega, says the Lord God, who is and who was and who is tocome, the almighty. Revelation 1:8
Exodus 34:6 ..the Lord God, compassionate and gracious..abounding in loving kindness.. Compassion means to love deeply, have mercy, to have tender affection.
This is my favorite devotional as it really spoke to my heart that day. Jan. 28 . The day my first great grand child was born. It was a comfort through out waiting for the baby to be born to thank and praise the Lord for his loving care..to think of Him loving me 'deeply' and His great love. It was just such a wonderful blessing I will always remember how I felt His presence as I praised Him for His compassion and great love.
Alpha and Omega was my favorite of the month.
Counselor was my favorite in January. Am in the midst of decisions and changing directions in my career and need His loving counsel.
My favorite was Almighty God. The fact that He "holds sway" over all things makes me happy! And thankful.
