What is an online Bible study?
An online Bible study is a Bible study teaching video and questions that Debbie emails to you. You can watch the video and answer the questions as part of your weekly Bible reading and home devotional time or use it in your church.
How much time does it take to watch the video and answer the questions?
The weekly videos are approximately 15 minutes. The study questions can be done in about the same amount of time.
Do I have to commit to watching the video and answering the questions at the same time every week?
One of the benefits of an email online study is the flexibility. You can watch the teaching video and answer the questions at a time that works for you. However we do suggest selecting a day and time to do the study so your week doesn’t slip by and you not benefit from the study. Schedule either 30 minutes or two 15 minute segments to gain the most from the study.
Can I use this for my life group or for a class at church?
Absolutely! It’s as easy as having the members of your group sign up to receive the weekly Bible study questions and videos. Then, gather to discuss what you are learning. You may choose to watch the weekly video as a group rather than individually.
Is this your only online study?
At this time it is our only online study although we hope to add more. You can help us make our first one a success by telling others about it and asking them to join us! Debbie’s regular, print Bible studies and accompanying DVDs and podcasts are available in our Shoppe.
