Praise to God the SPIRIT
“Now the Lord is the SPIRIT, and where the SPIRIT of the Lord is, there is liberty.”
There is much about God that we will never grasp or understand until we get to heaven. However, Jesus has explained God. In John 4:24, Jesus teaches us, “God is SPIRIT, and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and truth.” In John 14:16-17, He describes the SPIRIT as another Helper, likening the SPIRIT to Himself. Later, He inspired Paul to write to the church that believers are to walk and live by the SPIRIT; (Galatians 5:16, 25) therein finding true liberty.
