Congratulations on getting Prayers of My Heart! Your journal has 3 sections and we enjoy using all three. We love the Month At A Glance section because of the various ways you can customize it. 1) Record birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, and prayer requests; along with God’s answers. 2) Daily record what you’re thankful to God for and discover the blessing of developing an #AttitudeOfGratitude. 3) Record a name/character trait of God each day for which you praise Him. <h2>My favorite way to use the Monthly section is to record what I'm grateful to God for every day. People who keep a gratitude journal are more optimistic than those who don't.</h2><p></p>

<h2>An optional way to use this section is to record prayers when people call with requests.</h2><p></p>

<h2>When prayers are answered, you can write "Thank You, Lord" or "PTL" for "Praise the Lord"</h2><p></p>

<h2>A 3rd way to use the Monthly section is to record a name/character trait of God each day for which you praise Him. #AttitudeOfGratitude.</h2><p></p>
